Soni ji ki Nasiyan is located in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The construction of this Nasiya was started in the year 1864. This vein is divided into two parts. A temple is built in one part.
The original idol in the original temple of Nasiyan Ji is of Lord Shri 1008 Rishabh Dev and the temple is made of red stone of Karauli. This temple is also known as Red Temple. There is also an 82 feet high Manastambh built in the temple. At present only Jain followers are allowed entry into this part of the temple.
The second part, due to which this nasiya is famous, depicts Lord Adinath’s womb welfare, birth welfare, tapasya welfare, only knowledge welfare, salvation welfare. It is all made of gold, which is very attractive. The architecture of this part is unique. Every person should see this Nasiya once in his life.
While going to see this part of Nasiyan, you should take special care of time. At present this part is open only from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. You should have about 30 minutes to watch this part.
There is no arrangement for accommodation in the nasiyas, but Ajmer is a big city, where all types of accommodation are available and there are other nasiyas of Jainism nearby, which have proper accommodation arrangements.
If you want to stay in solitude in Ajmer city, then Gyanodaya Kshetra Nareli is about 8 km away from Ajmer city. There is very good facility of stay and Jain food here. It is good to have your own means to go to Gyanodaya Kshetra Nareli, but since Gyanodaya Kshetra is near Nareli Highway, you get the means. Due to this place being in the center of the city, one can easily reach here from the railway station and bus stand.
