If we understand Sunderkand and recite it, we will enjoy even more. In chapters 1 to 26 of Sunderkand, Tulsidasji Baba has kept some such secret mantras for us which are the character of Hanuman ji in the visible but the character which is hidden in the hidden is present in our body. There are 72000 nerves in our body, among them three are the most important.
As soon as we start Sunderkand – Om Shri Paramatmane Namah, the purification of our nerves starts. In Sunderkand, from 1 to 26 couplets, there is such power, such power… which is beyond the power of the humans on this earth to express. ur kachhu pratham baasana rahee. prabhu pad preeti sarit so bahee.
Here Vibhishan ji made a confession, admitted – Lord, I too had a desire that I would get the rule of Lanka. But ever since I had the darshan of Shri Ram Ji, ‘lust’ has transformed into ‘worship’. Sunderkand is the biggest sanskar center for transforming lust into worship.The third floor of our body, the brain and mind, always remains hot. 9 out of 10 people have tension. There is definitely some tension. And the one who does not have this tension is either a yogi or he is mad. So don’t take the pill you take, postpone it.Just all of you should recite Sunderkand with love, sitting in front of Hanuman Baba. Hanuman ji’s promise is made at two places in Sunderkand itself…
sakal sumangal daayak raghunaayak gun gaan.

Bhava Bheshaj Raghunath Jasu Sunahin je Nar and Nari.
tinh kar sakal manorath sidddh karahin trisiraaree..
We don’t like Sunderkand just like that, we like it because it knocks the element within us to wake up… Sunderkand works to awaken the divinity that is within us.
That is why Vibhishan ji has said-
ur kachhu pratham vaasana rahee.
prabhu pad preeti saris so bahee..
Ramji says—
nirmal man jan so mohi paava.
mohi chhal kapat bhaas nahin chhidr.
One whose mind is pure, he is ideal for me… Das ji has defined it very simply.
kabeera man nirmal bhaya nirmal bhaya shareer.
phir paachhe paachhe hari chale kahat kabeer kabeer..
Both became pure and there was no hope left. Sunderkand makes us neutral. Sunderkand does not only give us material happiness and peace, but we have to get that which we have got written for us, car, bungalow, happiness and glory, this decides our destiny, what we have not got by writing for it, it gives us Sunderkand.
binu satsang vivek na hoee.
raamakrpa binu sulabh na soee..
Sunderkand has the ability to give us everything but do not belittle Him by asking from God…
raghuraee tumhen achchha lag raha hai.
so mohi dehu daas sukhadaee.
Oh Lord, give us whatever feels right to you…
For example, if a child asks his father for 10 or 20 rupees and the father will fulfill his duty by giving him the money, that is, the father got off cheaply, but the same child says to his father, give me whatever you feel is right. On hearing this, the father’s tension will increase, tension will prevail…
Because the father wants to give the best to the son. Therefore, do not belittle your asking from the Supreme Father, tell Him to give me only what pleases the Lord. Then when God starts giving, we will not have the capacity to take… this Sunderkand works to increase that capacity.

This Chaupai is the Tarak Mantra of Ramcharitmanas, write it on your heart and keep it. This mantra of Ramcharit Manas frees us from the crisis about which we do not even know. Similarly, there is another Mahamrityunjaya mantra of Ramcharitmanas….
naam paaharoo divas nisi dhyaan tumhaar kapaat .
lochan nij pad jantrit jaahin praan kehin baat .
