Parabrahma Shri Ram, pleased with the severe penance of Swayambhuva Manu and Queen Shatarupa, accepted being their son to fulfill their wish. According to this boon, Manu took birth in Ayodhya as King Dasharatha and Shatarupa took birth as Kausalya and Sakshat Narayan incarnated as Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram for the protection of religion and destruction of demons.
During the exile period, after the abduction of Sita, Shri Ram was wandering in a lonely forest. The word ‘Ram’ includes all the qualities like vastness, grandeur, beauty, sweetness etc. The word Ram is made up of three letters. ‘Ra’ is the symbol of fire or brightness, ‘Aa’ of sky means vastness and ‘Ma’ of moon means coolness and peace.

By appearing as a king on earth, he fulfills all the wishes of his devotees.

Meditation gives renunciation,
bestows prosperity upon worshipping, and
