This temple of Mahadev is amazing, supernatural and very ancient. According to the folklore, this temple of Lord Bholenath is from the Pandava period. This temple was established by the Pandavas. This temple is located in the busiest place of the city or we can say that the ancient temple is located in the “Heart of the City” Behraich. There is a very dense population around the temple. Siddhanath Peeth Darbar has a special immense faith in the chain of Pandava period temples in Bahraich district situated in the foothills of the Himalayas. According to beliefs, all the beliefs of the people are automatically fulfilled by merely performing Jalabhishek on Bholenath seated in the Sidhnath Peeth. Due to this belief, there is a huge crowd of devotees here.
