In Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, there is a temple of a God who has not yet been incarnated. The equestrian statue of the future 10th incarnation of Lord Vishnu is installed in this temple. It is said that the pit on the left leg of this horse is filling itself and when it fills, Lord Kalki will appear. In the Puranas and religious texts, Kalki is considered the 10th incarnation of Lord Vishnu.

This temple is located in Sirhadyodhi market in Jaipur and was built by the founder of Jaipur, Raja Sawai Jai Singh in 1739 after settling Jaipur. This temple is built in Dakshinayan Shikhar style. It is believed that this is the first such temple in the world which has been built by imagining a God who has not yet appeared on earth. Built after other temples of Kalki.

शास्त्रों के अनुसार, श्रावण मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की षष्ठी तिथि को यह अवतार होना तय है इसलिए इस तिथि को कल्कि जयंती के रूप में मनाया जाता है। कल्कि अवतार के जन्म समय ग्रहों की जो स्थिति होगी उसके बारे में दक्षिण भारतीय ज्योतिषियों ने घोषणा कर रखी है। जब चन्द्रमा धनिष्ठा नक्षत्र और कुंभ राशि में होगा। सूर्य तुला राशि में स्वाति नक्षत्र में गोचर करेगा। गुरू स्वराशि धनु में और शनि अपनी उच्च राशि तुला में विराजमान होगा तब भगवान कल्कि का अवतरण होगा। उनके अवतरण के साथ ही कलियुग का अंत होगा।
