There are also statues of other gods in the complex. Temple priest Sarvatmanand tells that the temple was built 200 years ago by the saints after doing penance for Chandeshwar Maharaj for years.

Devotees arrive every Monday for worship
Chandeshwar Dham temple is the first choice of Shiva devotees not only in the city but also in the district. Whenever any day of Lord Bholenath comes, people reach this temple to worship Lord Shiva. The security arrangements in the temple are in the hands of the devotees themselves. Devotees reach inside the temple only after standing in line and offer prayers here. Every week on Monday, a crowd of devotees can be seen worshiping here.
