Shiva Temple, Amrakhji This panchayatan style of temple having three entrance gates, represents 12th century temple architecture. Seven mother Goddesses had been depicted on the ceiling of Sabhamandap. Out of Them,sculptures of mother Goddesses Kaumari, Vaishnavi, Varahi, Indrani, Parvati and Chamumda, are still existing,The sanctum sanctorum bears a four sided Lord Shiva sculpture and in the corners, are three small shrines.

The Ancient Shiva Temple populary known as Amrakh Mahadev Temple in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

In the temple you can see Lord Amarakh Mahadev from all four directions. There are doors in all four directions in the temple.

This temple is more than 2500 years old.

And it is made of black stone

This temple, which remained deserted for years, is today being managed by Baba Amarkh Mahadev Seva Samiti.

With the help of the devotees coming here and the devotees living nearby, today this temple is returning to its old glory.
