Khedla Kila Shiv Mandir/Prachin Shiv Mandir Kila Khedla, Madhya Pradesh
A new Shri Hanuman Mandir is located inside the known centuries old Shiv temple. Popular belief is that the shiv mandir is dated back to 11th century. Noted marathi saint Mukund raj swami wrote what can be described as the first non hindi or devnagri granth-‘ Vivek Sindhu’ here at the very same place. Raja eel was the then ruler of this place and was believed to have a hold of Paras Patther (a stone which turns iron into gold by touch of it). Divine place. The underground ‘garbh-griha’ of shiv temple is sure a place to visit and worship. Blessed place.
