Lahas Bishnu Mandir

Laha’s Bishnu Mandir is a Hindu Temple, located at: Kamarpukur, West Bengal

Laha’s Vishnu Temple behind Laha Babu’s Durga Mandap. Lord Vishnu resides in this temple. Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa Dev used to come to this temple in childhood to escape from his studies. A special feature of this temple is that there was a underground staircases inside. At present it has been completely unused and no one can enter there. At that time, the bargis used to raid villages and loot whatever gold grains they had. For that, before the arrival of Bargi Ra, Lahad used to send all the gold grains and girls through that tunnel.

This old temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and it was the temple of the family God(Kuladevata) of Laha family of Kamapukur.Saligram jiu with other deities are present in this three storied temple.some old terracotta works can be seen at the wall of the temple.
