Maneshwar Temple is the oldest temple of Champawat. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Nirbhay Chand the King of Chand dynasty was built this temple in the 8th century.

One of the sacred place in Champawat, track is around 500m to 700m hardly. Must visit this temple. There are 2 temples one is located at height, the temple belongs to Mata Rani and you can enjoy beautiful mountains view from there. The other one is near Mata’s temple which belongs to Shiv ji.
