Palakeshwar Nath Shiv Temple is 1 km from Medhapura Railway Station. The situation is far away near the old Kachari. The temple is 600 years old. A black colored Shivalinga is installed in the temple. According to people, Palkeshwar Guard had established this temple. Due to which the temple was named Palakeshwar Nath. Devotees come to visit the temple every day. A fair is organized here on the day of Rakshabandhan.
