Panchmukhi Temple

Panchamukhi Temple The five faced Hanuman temple is one of the most famous temples in Rameshwaram. He is decorated with a senthuram in this special place. All the idols of Rama, Lakshmana, Sita and Hanuman are placed in the temple and every deity is worshipped here. It is believed that the actual souls of the gods were infused into the idols, which makes the temple even more mystical. Apart from the idol, the temple also houses stones that were used to build Ram Setu.
