Each and every temple depicts the Stories related to Krishna, hanuman, shiva etc. through the glass art. The most important festival, celebrated every year, is Phalguna Mela, by the Marwaris, (Rajasthani community) of the area. It occurs just 8-9 days before from the festival of Holi. It is celebrated there with great pump and show, Bhajan and kirtan performed there continuously for hours together. There are two swimming pools, popularly known as the Shyam kund. Devotees take a holy dip there.
