This temple is 1800 years old. It was the fallen capital of King Siddharaja. Their family deity was Siddhanath. This ancient Shiva temple is established in Kotha Kui Darwaza Patan city.Adi Kuldev of King Siddharaj had established the temple. Naga Ji Maharaj, who had come from Nepal, had renovated the temple. Coming down from the ground level, six Shivlingas are installed in a long square pond. 4 directions and 2 earth and sky lingas, a total of 6 lingas are worshipped. A tortoise is installed behind Nandi in the temple. The temple is established on the banks of Saraswati. There is Sahastra Linga pond in the city. There were 1008 Lingas installed in this pond which were worshiped by King Siddharaja. Dasha Mata temple was also established in the temple premises.
