Thiruvalanchuzhi Temple Thiruvalanjuli Thattimal,Tamil Nadu

This ancient temple is very huge and is housed in a sprawling 7.25 acre of land with 5 large halls (mandapams).
This is one of the “Pancha krosha sthalams”. The others being Thirunallur, Patteswaram, Keezha Pazhayarai and Avoor. It is considered very auspicious to worship all these 5 temples in a single day during “Dakshinayanam”.
Here the lord Ganasha is different and the temple positions are also different, structures are huge and pillars are full of works.

This Vinayaka mandir is just an Awestruck place as the main idol in the inner sanctum is made up of oceans froth. Since ages no one has tried touching it. Only the chief priests are trained on how to sprinkle camphor on the idol. Nothing is offered to him. This mandir is exquisitely carved & it is ages old.

Thiru Valanchuzhinathar Temple is one of temple. More than 1500 years old very big temple. The name of deity is Sri Kabardeeswarar and the consort is Sri Periyanayaki. The White வெள்ளை Vinayagar is made up of a thing called கடல் நுரை. Suvedha Vigneshwarar with Vani and Kamalam nilai, Sri Ashtapuja Mahakali Amman are very famous.
