Khudneshwar Dham located in Morwa is situated about 17 km south-west of Samastipur district headquarters. It is said that Khudneshwar Dham, an unmatched example of Hindu-Muslim unity, was established in the 13th century. It is said that in ancient times, there were deserted forests here and along with other people, a Muslim woman named Khudni Bibi used to come to this place to graze cows.At a particular place his cow started giving milk on its own. When Khudni saw this, Baba Bhole appeared and gave her the condition of not telling this secret and said that the day she reveals this, she will die. When she went home with the cow in the evening, she had to listen to the scoldings of her family members.

Khudni Bibi was accused of having expressed the milk and given it to someone. Seeing repeated allegations against him, one day Khudni told this secret to the people of the house, after which he died. After the death of Khudni Bibi, the family members buried Khudni at the same place and built a mausoleum. After a few days, when Shivling appeared right next to the tomb, people of both the sects together established a temple here and it was named Khudneshwar Sthan Temple. Since then worship has been going on here.

It is said that whoever performs Jalabhishek here with his wish, Baba Bhole definitely fulfills his wish.
