Yellow Shiva Temple, Shiva Temple
Yellow Shivalaya is situated in the old Katra locality of Prayag. There is a proven idol of Lord Bholnath here. It is believed that by regular worship one definitely receives the blessings of Shiva. This temple, which becomes the center of presence of devotees especially in the month of Adhimas and Shravan, is a place for the devotees coming to take Kumbh bath to visit the temple. On the first turn of the old potato market, the old temple of Katra is situated on the main road, which is known as Yellow Shivala. To reach here, tempos and rickshaws are available all the time from Allahabad Railway Station and Civil Line Bus Station to Katra locality. Reach the designated intersection through these means. By asking anyone the temple can be reached on foot.

Apart from Shivalinga, idols of Shri Parvati ji, Shri Ganesh ji, Nandi Baba are installed in one room of the temple and beautiful idols of Shri Radhakrishna are installed in the other room.
