Sri Mandir, Sydney
Built in 1977, Sri Mandir is amongst the oldest Hindu Temples in Australia. This holy shrine situated in Auburn in Sydney has a distinction that the devotees here are from the wide variety of cultural and social backgrounds. The temple aims at teaching and preserving values of Hindu religion and of the culture of India. The temple comprises a number of deities including JhooleLal, Sai baba, Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesha.
