Twelve Shivlingas built by Lord Shri Ram
There is an old belief that Lord Shri Ram, Lakhan and Sita stayed at this place after going to the forest. At the same time, these twelve Shivlingas and Sita’s bathhouse, built by the hands of Shri Ram himself, are still present in a hidden form, which is a witness to the old history written on the stone rocks. Tapti Ghat, the holy place of Triveni Bharti Baba, eleven kilometers away from village Khedi Sanvaligarh, is a well-known place not only in this area but in the entire Betul district.  At a place called Barhalinga, which is situated on the banks of river Tapti, the beautiful natural scenery fascinates the travelers. Covered with dense green forests, the Tapti River flows peacefully from east to west, spreading the unique splendor of nature. Here, on the other bank of the river, a huge temple of Tapti Mai, the Samadhi place of Dattatreya, Ramlakhan Sita and Gabidas Maharaj is the center of attraction. Every year a fair lasting three days is organized here on Kartik Purnima.
